Sales Manager (Mumbai)

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B or B2C sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
• Manage and mentor the sales team for performance improvement.
• Prepare sales reports and provide market insights to management.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Graduate / MBA preferred.
• 3–6 years of proven experience in sales or business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle a team.
