Sales Manager

The sales manager is responsible for planning, supervising and enhancing security operations across multiple client sites. The candidate must be dynamic with an environment and have an ability to adapt ground leadership to ensure compliance and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell company services to the new clients
• Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
• Must be able to generate new sales opportunities.
• Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships. Prepare a variety of status reports, including sales pipeline, activities, revenue projections.
• Prepare presentations, proposals and quotations as per the requirement
• Coordinate cross departmental resources to assist with client requests.
• Must be able to attend and reply the queries
• Other duties as required

Required Candidate profile

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Graduate or Post Graduate

· At least 5 years of experience in Sales (Preferably in security or manpower sales services)

· Knowledge of Security Industry regulations

· Excellent leadership and organisational abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
