  • Understanding of Customer Financial Planning. Suggest best investment option based on the customer’s needs & profile.
  • To boost and develop Business Development Team for cross selling of various products
  • Set Targets for Team and achievement beyond target
  • Proper Reporting System and Analytical Data of Sales
  • Advisory Role for good Investment Returns to Clients
  • Design Sales & Marketing Campaigns in subordination to BD Team
  • Identify New Tools, Strategies & training to Business Development team for Advisory Sales
  • Operational/Strategically Support to Branches & Franchises
  • Research & Analysis of Current Market trends and to develop strategy
  • Cultural Development within Sales Team
  • Cost Effective Measurement and strategies
  • Should possess strong skills in Marketing, Sales, and Business Development, with a proactive attitude toward setting up and leading teams, and should be technically sound.
