Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced sales professional to drive our growth across India's online marketplaces, D2C channels and physical retail stores. The candidate should have a strong understanding of the Indian consumer products market, preferably toys, educational products or related categories.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and revenue growth across Amazon, Flipkart, other marketplaces and our own D2C website.
• Develop and manage relationships with modern trade, retail chains, distributors and independent retailers.
• Plan and execute marketplace promotions, pricing strategies and sales campaigns.
• Expand our retail distribution network across India.
• Manage sales targets, channel profitability, inventory planning and key account relationships.
• Build and lead the sales team as the business grows.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 7 years of relevant sales experience, with proven results in online marketplaces and offline retail distribution.
• Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, marketplace operations and e-commerce sales.
• Established relationships with retail chains, distributors or key accounts in India.
• Commercially driven, hands-on and capable of independently building sales channels.
• MBA preferred.
• Experience in toys, educational products, FMCG or consumer goods will be an advantage.

Designation and compensation will be commensurate with experience and demonstrated capabilities.
