Key Responsibilities:

? Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients

? Lead post-sales operations including payments, documentation & handovers

? Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client queries

? Handle cancellations, unit transfers, registration, and legal formalities

? Issue demand letters, payment receipts, and follow-up communications

? Monitor project progress and keep clients regularly updated

? Conduct welcome calls/mails and collect feedback within 24 hours of booking

? Prepare and manage CRM reports (daily, weekly, monthly)

You Should Have:

?? 45 years of experience in a CRM/Post Sales role (Real Estate preferred)

?? Excellent communication & client-handling skills

?? Strong working knowledge of MS Office & Excel

?? Ability to multitask, coordinate with teams, and manage data efficiently

?? A proactive, presentable, and client-oriented attitude
