About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Sales Manager to drive sales for our marketing services. The ideal candidate will have experience selling marketing solutions such as digital marketing, branding, advertising, content services, campaigns, or related offerings. This role involves client acquisition, relationship management, and contributing to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new clients for marketing and advertising services
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Conduct presentations and pitches to potential clients
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable marketing solutions
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Coordinate with the internal marketing/creative team for client deliverables
  • Prepare sales forecasts, proposals, and periodic performance reports
  • Stay updated with marketing trends and competitor activities
  • Conduct field visits and client meetings as required

Requirements

  • Male candidates only
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of sales experience in a marketing, advertising, or digital agency
  • Good understanding of marketing services (digital marketing, branding, campaigns, social media, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Strong customer-focused approach and target-driven mindset
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings
