Job Description

Makuta Developers is hiring a results-driven Sales Head to lead our sales strategies for premium residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales growth, team leadership, and strategic market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for premium residential and commercial projects.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns.
  • Ensure exceptional client relations and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in real estate.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
  • Proven ability to drive sales performance and exceed targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
