Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the sales team (counselors and executives) to achieve admission targets. Plan and execute effective sales strategies for offline and online student acquisition. Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to improve pitch and performance. Track and analyze sales performance metrics and prepare reports for management. Identify and implement process improvements to maximize conversion. Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns and feedback loops. Ensure high-quality counseling and follow-up for student prospects. Participate in education fairs, webinars, and campus drives. Maintain CRM system with accurate lead and student data. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in EdTech/Training/Admissions/Sales. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
