Sales Manager - Loan

• A Sales Manager for Personal Loan (PL), Business Loan (BL), Home Loan (HL), and Loan Against Property (LAP) in Chandigarh is responsible for driving loan sales, managing a sales team, and building strong relationships with customers and partners in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales for PL, BL, HL, and LAP products across Chandigarh through direct and channel sales sources.
• Manage and grow the sales team, including direct sales officers and channel partners like DSAs and brokers.
• Develop strategic sales plans to meet monthly and quarterly targets while expanding market penetration.
• Build strong client relationships by providing product information, assisting in the loan application process, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as credit, legal, operations for smooth end-to-end loan processing and disbursal.
• Conduct market analysis to track competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Prepare sales reports and MIS for senior management and recommend improvements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate or MBA preferred, with at least 2+ years in loan/product sales, preferably in secured and unsecured loan products.
• Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and team management skills.
• Knowledge of loan underwriting processes, product documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment with a results-oriented mindset.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
