Sales Manager (Loan)

We are looking for a results-driven and customer-focused Branch Manager to lead our NBFC branch operations. The ideal candidate will manage sales, investments, collections, and team performance while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance. A key focus will also be on mobilizing customer investments in mutual funds, insurance products, and fixed deposits.

Business Development & Revenue Generation:

• Achieve branch sales targets across loan products (personal loans, SME loans, gold loans, etc.).
• Promote and cross-sell investment products including:
• Mutual Funds
• Life & General Insurance
• Company Fixed Deposits
• Identify and acquire new customers, HNIs, and retail clients for both lending and investment services.
• Develop and execute local marketing strategies to increase customer engagement.

2. Investment Mobilization:

• Educate customers about various investment options and risk profiles.
• Conduct financial need analysis and provide suitable investment recommendations.
• Organize customer awareness programs and financial literacy sessions.
• Track and monitor investment sales performance regularly.

3. Team Management:

• Lead and manage the branch team, including sales executives and operations staff.
• Set targets, track KPIs, and conduct regular reviews.
• Provide training and development on financial products and compliance.

4. Customer Service:

• Ensure prompt and efficient handling of customer queries and issues.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and influencers.

5. Operations & Compliance:

• Supervise daily branch activities, ensure proper documentation and approvals.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, RBI norms, and SEBI/IRDA guidelines for investments.
• Maintain audit readiness and ensure operational risk controls.

6. Collections & Risk Management:

• Monitor overdue accounts and reduce NPAs.
• Coordinate with the recovery team for timely collections.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 per month
