Sales Manager - Loan Against Property - Channel - Ahmedabad - Iscon Emporio

You will be responsible for driving sales and ensuring that business targets are achieved for Retail loan products by aggressively increasing sales numbers and enhancing client relationships. This includes cross-selling to expand the customer base and encourage repeat business or referrals. Your role will involve maximizing sales through a strong network and relationships, as well as developing and maintaining strong liaisons with clients. You will need to ensure that files are processed efficiently from the initial stage to disbursement by coordinating with internal departments such as Operations and Credit. To optimize team productivity, you will be managing a team of relationship managers to ensure that team results are achieved, meeting business targets and profitability in the area. Collaborating with the team on ground lead generation activities for Sales will also be part of your responsibilities. Leading and supervising the team to implement growth strategies through training, motivation, and deployment will be crucial. Staying informed about market trends and competitor intelligence is essential for developing effective sales and marketing strategies. Your feedback on markets, competition, processes, and products will be valuable to the central product and policy team. It is important to ensure compliance with all Audit/RBI regulations, processes, policies, and reports as per the company's systems. A Post Graduate/ Graduate degree in any discipline is required for this position.,
