Sales Manager - Loan Against Property - Channel - Jaipur - Golden Leaf - J Grades

You will be responsible for driving sales and ensuring that business targets are achieved for Retail loan products through aggressive sales strategies and cross-selling while maintaining and improving client relationships. Your role will involve retaining and expanding the company's customer base to encourage repeat business and referrals. You will work on maximizing sales through a strong network and relationships, as well as developing and maintaining liaisons with clients to ensure continued business opportunities. Additionally, you will be required to oversee the processing of files from the initial stage to disbursement, coordinating with internal departments such as Operations and Credit for timely completion. Managing a team of relationship managers effectively to optimize team productivity, achieve team results, and meet business targets will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Collaborating with the team on ground for lead generation activities and implementing growth strategies through training, motivation, and deployment will be essential. Staying updated on market trends and competitor intelligence will be crucial to developing effective sales and marketing strategies. Your insights into the markets, competition, processes, and available products will be valuable in providing feedback to the central product and policy team to stay ahead in the market. Ensuring compliance with all Audit/RBI regulations, as well as company processes, policies, and reporting systems, will be a fundamental aspect of your role.
