Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive sales and business development for hydraulic cylinders and related hydraulic equipment. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of hydraulic products, excellent client-handling skills, and experience in industrial sales, customer relationship management, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Generate new business opportunities for hydraulic cylinders and related hydraulic products.
• Identify and approach OEMs, industrial manufacturers, distributors, dealers, and other potential customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team to recommend suitable hydraulic cylinder solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, finalize commercial terms, and follow up on orders.
• Conduct client meetings, industrial visits, and product presentations.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
• Coordinate with production, design, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution and delivery.
• Manage sales pipelines, prepare sales reports, and maintain customer databases.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Explore new markets and expand the company's customer base.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Sales & Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic systems, or industrial machinery.
• Strong technical understanding of hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic components, and their industrial applications.
• Proven experience in B2B sales and business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to identify new customers and convert leads into business.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and sales reporting.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
