Sales Manager - Kankapura

Job Summary:

The Sales Manager LAP is responsible for driving sales of Loan Against Property (LAP) products through effective sourcing, relationship management, and team leadership. The role involves achieving business targets, ensuring portfolio quality, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Sales

   • Generate business through direct sourcing, DSA, connectors, and other channels.

   • Achieve monthly and quarterly disbursement targets.

   • Identify and develop new customer segments and markets for LAP.

   • Conduct marketing and promotional activities to drive sales.

2. Team Management (if applicable)

   • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives or relationship officers.

   • Monitor performance and ensure target achievement.

   • Provide training and guidance to improve productivity.

3. Customer Relationship Management

   • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, DSAs, and partners.

   • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service.

4. Credit & Risk Management

   • Coordinate with credit and operations teams for timely loan processing and approvals.

   • Ensure adherence to credit policies, KYC, and documentation standards.

   • Maintain a healthy portfolio with minimal delinquencies.

5. Reporting & MIS

   • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

   • Track performance metrics and analyze business trends.

Key Skills Required:

• Loan Against Property

• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.

• Team handling and leadership abilities.

• Good understanding of credit analysis and risk management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or related field.

• 37 years of experience in LAP / Mortgage sales (preferably with a bank or NBFC).

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
