Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new B2B partnerships with educational institutions, consultancies, corporate clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement a robust sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and ensure high levels of satisfaction and collaboration.
  • Lead negotiations and manage sales agreements/contracts.
  • Develop sales presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to institutional clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver seamless services and meet client needs.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports for review and analysis.
  • Participate in industry events, seminars, and exhibitions to build brand presence and expand connections.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Education

    : Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience

    : Min. 3–5 years in B2B Sales (experience in the education or EdTech sector is a strong plus).
  • Skills

    :
    • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
    • Excellent verbal and written communication
    • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
    • Target-driven with a proven record of achieving sales KPIs
    • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales analytics
    • Willingness to travel as required
