SALES MANAGER

Job Description: You should have a PG/Degree qualification along with at least 5 years of experience in Builders/Real Estate/Construction sales. The job is located in Trivandrum and requires you to work in a full-time, permanent position. Your work schedule will be in the day shift and you will be required to work in person. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your expertise in sales to drive business growth in the Builders/Real Estate/Construction sector - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate leads and close deals effectively - Develop strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities Qualifications Required: - PG/Degree qualification - Minimum 5 years of experience in Builders/Real Estate/Construction sales - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Proven track record of achieving sales targets - Ability to work independently and as part of a team,
