Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead and oversee the sales efforts for Just Creative Designs Company. The ideal candidate will develop and implement sales strategies, build a high-performing team, and manage client relationships to drive revenue growth. The candidate should have prior experience in managing teams, partnerships, and client negotiations in the home improvement or real estate sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy and Execution

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities and create strategies to capture them.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize the sales funnel for better conversions.

2. Team Leadership

  • Hire, train, and manage a team of sales executives to ensure high performance.
  • Set clear KPIs and targets for the sales team and monitor performance.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to strategize, provide feedback, and motivate.

3. Partnership Development

  • Build relationships with builders, real estate agents, and other referral partners.
  • Negotiate mutually beneficial partnerships to drive leads.

4. Client Engagement

  • Meet high-value clients, deliver compelling presentations, and negotiate deals.
  • Oversee the preparation of proposals and agreements.
  • Ensure a seamless experience for clients from consultation to closure.

5. Reporting and Analysis

  • Use CRM tools to track leads and monitor sales performance.
  • Generate regular reports on team performance and market insights.
  • Propose corrective actions to improve sales outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 46 years of sales experience in the interior design, real estate, or home improvement sector.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing teams.
  • Strong understanding of the Bangalore residential market.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
