Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our pharmaceutical segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales of pharmaceutical machinery and equipment, with well-established relationships in the pharma industry across India. This role requires a strategic mindset, technical understanding, and the ability to drive business growth through key account management, market development, and solution selling.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets in the pharmaceutical segment
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and proposal development to deal closure and after-sales support
Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers in the pharma industry.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships across India
Work closely with application, technical, and service teams to offer customized solutions to clients
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies accordingly
Ensure timely submission of sales forecasts, reports, and CRM updates.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Qualifications & Experience:

Educational Qualification:
Graduate Engineer in Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical
MBA (Marketing or related field) is preferred

Experience:

710 years of experience in capital equipment or machinery sales for the pharmaceutical industry

Proven track record in selling complex technical solutions

• Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
