Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our pharmaceutical segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales of pharmaceutical machinery and equipment, with well-established relationships in the pharma industry across India. This role requires a strategic mindset, technical understanding, and the ability to drive business growth through key account management, market development, and solution selling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets in the pharmaceutical segment

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and proposal development to deal closure and after-sales support

  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers in the pharma industry.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships across India

  • Work closely with application, technical, and service teams to offer customized solutions to clients

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies accordingly

  • Ensure timely submission of sales forecasts, reports, and CRM updates.

  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate Engineer in Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical

  • MBA (Marketing or related field) is preferred

Experience:

710 years of experience in capital equipment or machinery sales for the pharmaceutical industry

  • Proven track record in selling complex technical solutions

• Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
