Sales Manager - Hosur

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to drive our Loan Against Property (LAP) vertical. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales executives, building relationships with channel partners, sourcing high-quality LAP business, and ensuring achievement of assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive the acquisition of LAP customers through direct and indirect channels.

• Manage and mentor a team of Sales Executives/Officers.
• Generate leads through DSAs, connectors, references, builders, and other channels.
• Ensure credit quality of sourced files meets the companys risk and underwriting parameters.
• Coordinate with the credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth processing and disbursal.
• Ensure monthly sales targets are achieved across product and geography.
• Conduct market analysis to understand competitor offerings and customer trends.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Handle customer queries, grievances, and documentation issues proactively.
• Monitor portfolio performance, delinquency trends, and take corrective actions.

  Key Requirements:

• Education: Graduate/MBA in Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 35 years of experience in sales of LAP/Home Loans, preferably in NBFCs or banks.
• Knowledge of LAP underwriting and market dynamics is essential.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
