Sales Manager (Hospitality)

We have urgent requirement for our CLIENT, it's into premier destination for weddings, social gatherings, and corporate events.

Requirement: Sales Manager

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 5+ years of proven sales experience in hospitality, events, or luxury services

Salary: upto 7 LPA

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets across weddings, events, and corporate bookings
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, and client outreach
• Manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure
• Maintain strong relationships with wedding planners, event managers, corporates, and HNI clients
• Collaborate with the marketing team to craft compelling campaigns and promotional materials
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and bookings using CRM tools
• Lead a small team of sales executives, providing training and performance feedback

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field (MBA preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A keen understanding of Hyderabad’s social and wedding market
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
• Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools

Schedule:

Day shift
Night shiftWeekend availability

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
• Quarterly bonus
• Yearly bonus
