Key Responsibilities: - Drive home loan product sales through the Corporate DSA channel - Collaborate with banks and NBFCs to structure and implement loan offerings - Source leads from various channels and convert prospects into successful closures - Coordinate with internal teams to align sales efforts and ensure operational efficiency - Achieve and surpass individual and team sales targets - Cultivate strong relationships with financial institutions and clients - Uphold a high standard of customer experience throughout the home loan journey Qualifications: - Profound knowledge of home loan products and the lending process - Previous experience in sales management or as a DSA with banks/NBFCs - Demonstrated success in lead generation and deal closures - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment - Willingness to work on-site at our Bengaluru office - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field - Prior exposure to real estate or financial services is advantageous If you have a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the home loan market, we welcome you to be a part of our team at Home Locator and contribute to shaping the future of real estate finance.,
