Sales Manager- Home Loan (DSA)

Role Overview: You will be joining Home Locator, a forward-thinking organization in the real estate industry, as a Sales Manager for Home Loans. Your role will involve managing and driving home loan sales through direct partnerships with leading banks and NBFCs. You will play a crucial role in generating leads, engaging potential customers, and ensuring smooth loan disbursement processes. Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales of home loan products through the Corporate DSA channel - Collaborate with multiple banks and NBFCs to structure and execute loan offerings - Generate leads through various sources and convert prospects into successful closures - Work closely with internal teams to align sales efforts and ensure smooth operations - Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets - Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and clients - Ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the home loan journey Qualifications: - Strong understanding of home loan products and the overall lending process - Prior experience in sales management or working as a DSA with banks/NBFCs - Proven track record of lead generation and successful deal closures - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment - Willingness to work on-site at our Bengaluru office - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field - Prior experience in real estate or financial services is an advantage,
