Role & responsibilities

Handle digital marketing leads and understand customer requirements.
Connect with HNI clients, investors, developers, and end customers.
Schedule and conduct property meetings, site visits, and presentations.
Advise customers on suitable residential properties, pricing, and investment opportunities.
Convert qualified leads into property sales through effective consultation and negotiation.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure smooth after-sales coordination.
Achieve sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates with sales experience preferred Mandatory.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good client handling and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset.
Candidates with experience handling HNI clients will be preferred.
No gaps in currents company or pervious company
Min 11 months work in previous and Current company
