Role & responsibilities Meet sales targets, develop sales plans, develop new and existing key accounts and commercial objectives and execute the plans. Expertise in consultative sales techniques to pinpoint customers' needs and close on short-term and long-term sales contracts. Ensure to collaborate with the Service Sales Manager and Service Manager to implement Service sales strategy. Troubleshoot sales and service operations to increase profitability and bring positive organizational change. Conduct market research to attract clients in new territories. Communicated regularly with territory, regional and strategic managers for daily support and strategic planning for accounts. Identify new targets, develop new business opportunities and present product lines to customers. Use of consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and recommend relevant offerings. Support all aspects of the services, business development process from initial contact, proposal development, contract negotiation and follow-up. Assist in planning and developing a strategy for selling service, upgrades and modernizations for all business units. Handle sales paperwork and payments with high degree of accuracy to minimize recordkeeping errors.
