As a Sales Manager/Sales Head in Rigid Packaging, your role will involve driving business growth in the Chandigarh and Northern region by focusing on the following key responsibilities: - Develop new business opportunities in rigid box packaging. - Manage key accounts and nurture strong client relationships. - Achieve sales targets and identify opportunities in new market segments. - Collaborate with internal teams to provide customized packaging solutions. To excel in this role, you are required to meet the following qualifications and requirements: - 8-15 years of experience in rigid packaging/premium box sales. - Possess a strong market network in industries such as FMCG, apparel, cosmetics, or luxury goods. - Demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Be self-driven, target-oriented, and results-driven.
