Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and drive sales initiatives to achieve set goals by mentoring and motivating the sales team.
Develop, enhance, and implement comprehensive sales strategies and other promotional activities for various projects to create new markets and achieve targeted sales.
Aggressively drive sales planning, forecasting, and sales & customer service management.
Devise new and innovative selling and promotional techniques and schemes.
Monitor competitor trends and benchmarking to effectively balance competing priorities and fulfill all customer expectations, including staying abreast of competitor offerings, pricing, location, and quality.
Educate clients about market trends, including rental returns and price appreciation from investing in company properties.
Scan the market, identify opportunities for business growth, and prepare and implement growth plans.
Deliver targeted top line as per the projects business plan by meeting sales targets.
Deliver a positive customer experience to a distinguished client base.
Implement a mechanism for evaluation and categorization of channel partners.
Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales enquiries, methods, and results.
Oversee the development and management of internal sales operations and processes.
Regularly analyze sales trends and develop sales techniques that target the right market with the right tools.
Propose and implement sales promotion activities for the project.
Participate in negotiations and bring deals to closure.
