We work closely with Krishi Bhavans, FPOs, cooperatives, and agri-entrepreneurs to bring sustainable drone-based services to farmers across India.

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven B2B2C Sales Manager with strong expertise in dealer/distributor network development to drive nationwide adoption of agriculture spraying and surveillance drones.

The role is focused on building and scaling a pan-India network of dealers, service partners, agri entrepreneurs, and channel partners who will sell and operate Fuselage agriculture drones for end farmers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies for dealer / distributor / channel partner acquisition, onboarding, and retention specifically for agriculture drone sales and services.
  • Build and expand a multi-tier channel network (dealers, sub-dealers, agri entrepreneurs, FPOs, Krishi Bhavans, input shops, etc.) across target geographies.
  • Drive dealer performance through:
  • Structured sales targets & revenue plans
  • Incentive schemes, loyalty programs, and demo-based sales
  • Regular training on drone features, regulations, financing options, and service models.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with channel partners, ensuring alignment with Fuselage's agriculture and sustainability goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing to:
  • Design co-branded campaigns, mandi-level activations, field demos, and farmer meetings.
  • Run B2C engagement programs with FPOs, cooperatives, and agri-input dealers.
  • Monitor:
  • Dealer sales performance, demo-to-conversion ratio, and repeat service revenue.
  • Stock movement, lead pipeline, and farmer feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular market and village-level visits to:
  • Track dealer activities and ensure effective product positioning.
  • Resolve conflicts, operational issues, and service gaps.
  • Identify new clusters and crop segments (paddy, cotton, sugarcane, etc.) for drone deployment.
  • Implement and use structured dealer management systems (CRM/ERP) for:
  • Lead tracking
  • Order management
  • Incentive tracking and reporting
  • Coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure:
  • Supply chain efficiency and timely deliveries of drones and spares
  • Installation, training, and after-sales service to dealers and end customers
  • Identify and develop new territories, demand clusters, government schemes, and corporate partnerships to accelerate B2B2C growth.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, Rural Management, or related field.
  • 810 years of proven experience in B2B2C or channel sales with a strong track record in dealer/distributor development.
  • Prior experience in agriculture inputs, farm machinery, irrigation/water solutions, rural finance, FMCG, durable goods, or similar sectors; experience with agri-tech / farm equipment / drones is a strong plus.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and dealer engagement skills.
  • Ability to design and execute structured dealer incentive & loyalty programs.
  • Comfort with sales data, CRM tools, and market analytics to drive decisions.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across states, especially rural/agri-dominant regions.
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with passion for scaling sustainable, impact-driven solutions for farmers.
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English; proficiency in Marathi and any additional regional languages (e.g., Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Gujarati, Punjabi, Bengali, etc.) is highly preferred.
