SALES MANAGER FOR MODULAR KITCHENS

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Modular Kitchen Sales Manager with at least 5 years of relevant experience in the home interiors or modular kitchen industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales operations, achieving revenue targets, developing client relationships, and leading a sales team to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the modular kitchen sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing clients. Understand customer requirements and provide customized modular kitchen solutions based on design, functionality, and budget. Coordinate with design and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution. Conduct client visits, site surveys, and design presentations. Maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors. Manage the end-to-end sales process including quotations, negotiations, order closures, and after-sales support. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle escalations professionally. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field. Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the modular kitchen, interior design, or home furnishing sector. Strong understanding of modular kitchen products, materials, hardware, and design layouts. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with a consultative sales approach. Ability to lead and motivate a team.
