Sales Manager For Building Material Manufacturing Industry.

The Sales Manager position is currently open in a Building Material Manufacturing Company located in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of experience in Building Material Sales, along with a Bachelor's degree in any Science field (B.Tech./ B.Sc.) and an MBA in Marketing. The annual salary for this position is 10 Lacs. The desired profile for this role includes maintaining architect and customer relationships, tracking sales data, and creating performance reports independently. The candidate should have knowledge of modern marketing techniques and previous experience in the building material industry, preferably fenestration. Consistency in employment history is also preferred. Key Responsibilities: - Achieving set targets for the financial year. - Contributing to the development of marketing strategies. - Conducting market research on competitor products and discount policies. - Coordinating with the Project Management Department and updating customers about their orders. - Collaborating with the territory's sales team to develop sales strategies. - Engaging with channel partners and their management. - Assisting team members in closing orders and meeting targets. - Ensuring timely preparation of offers and estimates by the pre-sales team. - Addressing client queries regarding product specifications and uses. - Maintaining relationships with architects and clients. - Creating and presenting sales performance reports in routine meetings. - Timely documentation and submission of sales reports and market matrix. - Training team members and delegating tasks to ensure successorship. - Adhering to organizational policies and procedures. Required Skill Sets: - Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, and marketing and sales software. - Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and plans.
