Role Description

This full-time on-site role, located in Jammu, is for a Sales Manager for the Banca Channel. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with bank partners to drive insurance product sales. Key tasks include setting sales targets, strategizing to achieve these targets.
  • Sales and Business Development skills
  • Relationship Management and Client Engagement skills
  • Team Leadership and Training skills
  • Knowledge of Insurance Products and Regulatory Compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
