Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to expand our Tamil Nadu market by appointing Distributors and Super Stockists (SS).
This is a pure field sales role focused on market expansion, partner appointment, and primary sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Appoint new Distributors and Super Stockists across assigned districts
• Identify financially strong FMCG partners and close appointments
• Ensure onboarding, agreement signing, and first billing
• Expand into new towns and cities as per monthly rollout plan
• Coordinate with Sales Officers / BDMs for market activation
• Achieve monthly primary sales and appointment targets
• Submit daily and weekly sales & appointment reports

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in FMCG sales
• Proven experience in Distributor / SS appointment
• Strong knowledge of Tamil Nadu market
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Any degree (MBA preferred, not mandatory)
