Sales Manager- FMCG

As a Sales Representative, your role involves visiting retailers, distributors, and outlets regularly to promote and sell products. You will be responsible for achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets for your assigned area, as well as identifying new sales opportunities and market trends. Ensuring effective product display and merchandising at outlets will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, maintaining daily reports on sales calls, customer feedback, and market conditions, as well as coordinating with distributors for stock availability and timely delivery, are crucial tasks. Addressing customer complaints promptly and collecting market intelligence on competitors" activities, pricing, and promotions are also part of your duties. You will participate in product launches, promotional activities, and brand-building efforts, while also maintaining and updating the client database and sales records. Qualifications Required: - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Target-driven with a go-getter attitude - Good knowledge of FMCG distribution and retail channels - Ability to build and maintain client relationships - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools - Two-wheeler with a valid driving license (if field sales),
