Female candidates

  • 5-8 years of sales experience in luxury gifting, hospitality, premium FMCG, or event management.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals with elite clients or corporations.
  • It will be a

    travel portfolio (field sales).

    Candidates with a 4-wheeler will be ideal.

Role & responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy targeting high-net-worth individuals, luxury wedding planners, event agencies, and corporate clients (CXOs, HR heads, admin, and procurement).
  • Identify and approach new business opportunities for bulk chocolate gifting for festive seasons, weddings, and brand collaborations.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with elite clients and organizations.
  • Provide end-to-end sales support, including customization, packaging consultation, and post-sale service.
  • Maintain a CRM database with leads, inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.

Product & Market Knowledge:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the product portfolio, ingredients, and customization capabilities.
  • Stay informed about luxury gifting trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.

Collaboration & Coordination:

  • Work closely with production, design, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for targeted campaigns and luxury brand visibility.

Event & Networking:

  • Represent the brand at high-profile weddings, corporate expos, and gifting exhibitions.
  • Build a strong network of industry influencers, wedding planners, and gifting consultants.
