Roles and Responsibilities :
· Manage a team of channel partners to achieve sales targets through effective communication, training, and performance monitoring.
· Develop and execute strategies for distributor sales growth by identifying new opportunities and building relationships with key stakeholders.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations) to drive business development initiatives that increase revenue streams.
· Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions on product positioning, pricing, and promotions.
· Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products to customers while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Job Requirements :
· Strong understanding of the local market dynamics and ability to analyse data-driven insights for informed decision-making.
· Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g., Marketing), external partners (e.g., Distributors).
· Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective strategy execution and team leadership.
