Job Description

As a member of the team responsible for supporting the Corporate Learning & Development (CLD) area, your role will involve securing new B2B clients, ensuring flawless program delivery, and generating revenue. You will support pre and business development activities related to learning programs designed and delivered by CLD. Key Responsibilities: - Secure a targeted number of clients for CLD program engagements through B2B activities (Hunting) - Conduct research on industry and market trends to support new account acquisitions - Update collaterals, mailers, and website for program outreach, coordinating social marketing activities and digital lead generation - Implement actions based on customer ratings and maintain key accounts - Invite B2B nominations for flagship Executive programs PGXPM & FLEX - Conduct research on industry and market trends to drive new business generation from new clients - Develop deep insights into verticals and regions, identifying clients and submitting approach notes - Coordinate for branding of programs and maintain website with timely and updated content - Develop collaterals such as case studies, CXO testimonials, and program flyers while complying with content guidelines - Establish online presence for CLD in business and networking forums - Engage meaningfully with CLD program alumni, leverage alumni channels, and prioritize potential clients - Maintain accurate and updated databases, ensuring compliance and reducing errors Qualifications Required: - Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline - 10 to 15 years of experience in B2B Sales Function, preferably in a full-time business management institute - Specific skills required include ideation, creating innovative solutions, identifying training needs, providing OD interventions, preparing MIS, B2B business development, customer relationship management, research, interpersonal skills, communication skills, teamwork, collaboration, coordination, and negotiation Note: Salary is not a constraint for the right candidates.,
