What We Are Looking For

Experience

• 7 to 15 years of experience in B2G and/or B2B technology sales specifically in IT infrastructure, cloud, data center, managed services, sovereign cloud, or cybersecurity solutions
• Demonstrated track record of independently closing high-value (1Cr+), complex, long-cycle deals in both government and enterprise segments
• Strong experience managing accounts through OEM or System Integrator (SI) channels
• Prior hands-on exposure to solution selling in sovereign cloud, colocation, hybrid IT, DRaaS, managed services, or AI-driven infrastructure is essential
• Experience engaging with government bodies — MeitY, NIC, NICSI, CERT-In, state IT departments, GeM, and procurement agencies — is a strong advantage
• Enterprise segment experience across BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, or Education verticals is highly valued

Knowledge & Skills

• Deep understanding of government buying cycles, GeM processes, tendering norms, empanelment frameworks, and digital procurement platforms
• Strong grasp of data sovereignty, DPDP Act compliance, and India's national cloud policy — and how these create commercial opportunities
• Understanding of sovereign cloud architecture, data residency requirements, and compliant infrastructure from a commercial and business perspective
• Excellent proposal, documentation, and bid writing skills — including responses to tenders, EOIs, and RFIs with technical and commercial precision
• Ability to engage enterprise CXOs on business outcomes — not just technology specs
• Self-driven, process-oriented, and able to build and execute independently in a high-growth, fast-paced AI-driven organisation
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and C-level stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to travel extensively within your region and nationally for government meetings, enterprise engagements, and industry events
