Job Description

1.0. Job Identification Job Title: Manager, Sales Job Code: SA.2 Department: Sales Supervisor: Top Management 2.0. Description of Main Mission 1. To expand sales networks (B2B) catering to medium and large reference laboratories. 2. Liaisoning with Laboratories director and purchase manager 3. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. 4. Coordinate with application specialists and service teams for customer support. 5. Coordinate with the logistics team for timely execution of the sales. 3.0. Skills/Knowledge 1. Education Qualification :-Bachelors or Masters degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus. 2. Candidate is expected to have superb verbal communication and soft skills 3. 4-6 years of sales experience in the in vitro diagnostics (IVD) or medical device industry (MNC will be preferred). 4. Strong knowledge of IVD technologies (e.g., RT-PCR) 5. Familiarity with hospital and laboratory procurement processes. 4.0. Remuneration As per Industry Standards 5.0. Working Conditions 0830-1730 Hours (Monday to Friday; Odd Saturdays Working) (may vary depending on company needs) Job Location: Offsite/ Virtual Candidate is expected to travel extensively within the region. 6.0. Benefits As per Industry Standards
