Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our equipment leasing sales team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our customer base and market share

- Collaborate with Vendors/Brokers/Suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of leasing solutions

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity

Requirements:

- 5+ years of sales leadership experience in equipment leasing or a related industry

- Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue growth

- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in team building and development

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
