Job Summary: We're looking for a results-oriented Business Development professional with a strong background in sales and business development in the financial services industry. As a Business Development Manager, you'll identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders, and develop customized leasing solutions to meet clients' needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales strategies to drive leasing business growth - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in equipment leasing - Build relationships with key stakeholders, including business owners, financial decision-makers, and industry partners - Structure and offer customized financial proposals to meet clients' requirements - Tap into vendor networks to identify potential partnership opportunities - Increase leasing awareness among potential and existing customers - Develop strong relationships with customers, vendors, suppliers, OEMs, and funding partners - Prepare and review pricing proposals and present to management for approval Key Competencies: - Understanding of financial statements and ability to handle financial doubts - Proven ability to understand customer pain points and propose relevant solutions - Strong business network and rapport with technology partners, OEMs, IPCs, banks, NBFCs, contractors, and developers Ideal Candidate Profile: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) - Excellent negotiation, communication, time management, and organizational skills - Moderate to expert knowledge of MS Office applications (MS Word, XL, and PowerPoint) Show more Show less
