Sales manager - Electrical panel

As a Sales Manager - Electrical Panels, your role will involve developing and implementing go-to-market strategies for HT/LT panels, switchgear (ACB/MCCB/MCB), APFC, busducts, transformers, protection relays, and connected solutions. You will be responsible for planning customer coverage via existing and new accounts, end-users, panel builders, OEMs, contractors, and consultants. Your key responsibilities will include owning the sales funnel from lead generation to contract closure, delivering quarterly bookings and margin targets, managing sales forecasting, and maintaining CRM hygiene. Additionally, you will build relationships across project stakeholders and support channel partners through training, technical enablement, and co-selling efforts. You will also represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer presentations, while staying updated on technical standards, compliance, product innovations, and competitor movements. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business - 3+ years of sales experience In this role, you will leverage your 3+ years of sales experience and excellent written and verbal communication skills to drive the sales of electrical panels effectively.,
