Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager - E-commerce located in Chennai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving online sales channels, managing e-commerce sales activities, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, analyzing sales data to inform business decisions, and collaborating with marketing and logistics teams to optimize product listings and customer experience. Additionally, the Sales Manager will oversee inventory management, resolve customer issues, and ensure alignment with overall business goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing online sales channels and e-commerce sales activities
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing sales strategies and analyzing sales data
  • Strong collaboration skills with marketing and logistics teams
  • Experience in inventory management and resolving customer issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and tools
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Prior experience in handling quick commerce and e-commerce accounts for atleast a minimum of 8 years
  • Should be willing to travel for minimum 10 days a month
Should have experience in negotiating and signing TOT's
