Led by Mr. Raja Murugan, Mr. World 2013, DY Fitness focuses on transforming lives through fitness, discipline, and motivation. Job Summary:We are looking for a passionate and energetic Sales Manager / Executive to join our DY Fitness team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting inquiries into memberships, maintaining client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets. Key Responsibilities:Promote gym memberships, personal training packages, and special offers to new and existing clients. Handle walk-in inquiries and follow up on leads through calls, messages, and social media. Build strong relationships with members to encourage referrals and renewals. Track and achieve monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate sales and client records. Coordinate with trainers and front desk staff to ensure a smooth client onboarding process. Represent DY Fitness positively in the local community and online platforms. Requirements: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales (fitness industry preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented and self-motivated personality. Basic computer and social media knowledge. Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
