Role Overview We are looking for a Sales Executive who is energetic, goal-oriented, and passionate about fitness. You’ll be responsible for converting inquiries into memberships, following up with leads, and providing excellent service to every member who walks through our doors. Key Responsibilities Handle walk-in inquiries and explain membership options Follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and social media Convert inquiries into sales and achieve monthly targets Maintain member data and payment records Support promotional campaigns and marketing events Work closely with trainers and the management team to enhance member experience Requirements0–3 years of experience in sales, front office, or customer service (fitness or retail preferred) Good communication skills in English and Kannada Positive attitude, confident personality, and sales mindset Basic computer and WhatsApp handling skills Passion for health, fitness, or sports is a plus Benefits Fixed salary + Attractive incentives on membership sales Free gym access Growth opportunities within DY Fitness Training and performance rewards
