Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities within the cargo and logistics sector. Generate leads and convert them into profitable business relationships. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms with clients in coordination with internal teams. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery of logistics solutions. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business strategy. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Required Skills & Competencies Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets. Basic knowledge of cargo, logistics, or freight forwarding operations (preferred). Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Preferred Profile Candidates with prior experience in logistics, cargo, freight forwarding, or supply chain will be preferred.
