You will be joining Lendingkart Group, a fin-tech startup dedicated to simplifying access to working capital finance for entrepreneurs. Lendingkart Technologies Private Limited and Lendingkart Finance Limited leverage big data analysis and technology tools to assess creditworthiness efficiently and offer SME lending services promptly. As a full-time Sales Manager based in Kolkata within the DSA Vertical Channel Sales division at Lendingkart, your primary responsibilities will include overseeing and expanding the DSA vertical channel sales, nurturing client relationships, and meeting sales targets through the implementation of effective strategies and team supervision. To excel in this role, you should possess skills in Sales, Channel Sales, and Relationship Management, coupled with previous experience in the financial or fintech sectors. Your ability to boost sales performance, accomplish targets, and adeptly communicate and negotiate will be crucial. Moreover, your proficiency in team management, leadership, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field are essential. Knowledge of working capital finance and credit assessment would be advantageous, alongside the capability to thrive in a dynamic, goal-oriented environment.,
