Job Description

DirectusHR Services is hiring Sales Executives – Industrial Sales for a leading company in the industrial sales and engineering products industry.

We are looking for dynamic and target-oriented professionals with experience in industrial sales, business development, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities in the industrial and engineering sectors.
• Conduct field visits to meet clients and develop business relationships.
• Identify potential customers and generate sales leads.
• Promote and sell industrial and engineering products.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable product solutions.
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients to convert leads into sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in industrial sales or B2B sales.
• Qualification: B.E., B.Tech., B.Com., B.Sc., or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Mechanical Engineering candidates will be preferred.
• Experience in field sales, client visits, lead generation, and business development.
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and field sales activities.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with experience in selling the following products will be preferred:

• Industrial Motors
• Gearboxes and Gear Motors
• Couplings
• AC Drives
• Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Products
• Other Industrial Equipment and Engineering Products
