Key Responsibilities:

Business & Revenue Growth

  • Drive sustainable and profitable business growth through direct sales, project bidding, and channel development.
  • Achieve sales targets, revenue, contribution margin, and related KPIs.

Strategic Sales & Opportunity Management

  • Identify new markets, customers, and project opportunities in industrial and municipal sectors.
  • Develop strong order pipelines by expanding the customer base and tapping into replacement and greenfield projects.

Customer & Principal Engagement

  • Build long-term relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and principals.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients, understanding business needs and offering customized solutions.

Marketing & Communication

  • Design and execute go-to-market strategies, product promotions, and brand positioning through direct and digital channels, events, and exhibitions.

Tendering & Project Coordination

  • Work closely with internal teams to prepare proposals, respond to tenders, and ensure smooth execution of awarded projects.
  • Monitor payment collections and ensure adherence to contract terms.

Forecasting & Market Intelligence

  • Conduct regular market mapping, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation.
  • Track upcoming capex/opex plans of customers and forecast market trends.

Team & Process Development

  • Mentor and develop junior team members to build a high-performing sales team.
  • Implement internal sales processes and reporting mechanisms for operational efficiency.
