This is a full-time, on-site role for a EMM Response Head based in Bhopal. The Category- Ad Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing category-specific ad sales strategies. This role involves identifying key business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring revenue targets are met for the assigned category, build strong partnerships with advertisers and agencies, and drive innovative ad solutions to maximize business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement category-specific ad sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify key advertisers, pitch advertising solutions, and close high-value deals.
Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to drive performance and revenue growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored ad solutions for clients.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to stay ahead in the category.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's/master’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
8-12 years of experience in Ad Sales with a proven track record in revenue generation.
