Sales Manager – Customer Experience Solutions (4–5 Years Experience)

At Vion Consulting, we’re redefining the way businesses connect with their customers. We’re on the hunt for a go-getter with 4–5 years of proven experience in IT Sales, particularly in the Customer Experience (CX) and Contact Center domain.

What You'll Do:

1. Drive end-to-end sales cycles for CX and AI-driven solutions

2. Build and grow relationships with key clients and decision-makers

3. Identify new business opportunities within existing and new accounts

4. Stay on top of trends in Voice AI, Conversational AI, and CX tech

5. Collaborate with pre-sales/tech teams to deliver customized solutions

What We’re Looking For:

1. 4–5 years of IT sales experience (CX/Contact Center domain preferred)

2. Strong client network and relationship-building skills

3. Passion for learning new technologies like Voice AI & Conversational AI

4. High-energy, target-oriented, and self-motivated personality

5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
