Sales Manager - LAP(Bhopal)

Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed LAP targets
• Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to maximize their performance
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Bhopal region
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth loan processing and customer satisfaction
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics
• Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including real estate agents, property developers, and financial institutions
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
• Prepare and present periodic sales reports to senior management
  

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in the LAP or mortgage industry
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and financial products, especially LAP
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Bhopal regionull
